Asunta Serrano

BASED IN MADRID, SPAIN

Asunta was born in Seville, Spain. Asunta gained a degree in Management and Business Administration in 1998 at the Complutense University in Madrid. Following this she was a PhD student from the University Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain. Here she also earned a Masters in Management and Evaluation of Education Centers in 2003 together with a Masters of Arts in 2010. She is also trained as both a Dialogue Coach and a Team Coach. From 1999 to 2001 Asunta worked as the Assistant Principal at Highlands College in Seville before doing the same occupation between 2001 and 2005 in Madrid. Between 2005 and 2008 Asunta worked as Academic Coordinator for the Department of Management and Quality at Regnum Christi Spain before becoming Director of the department between 2008 and 2012. Since then she has been working at the Center of International Studies for Adolescents and Youths and has been recognised by Oak as a teacher of instructors for the Academies Summer School Accompaniment program, 2014 in the United States of America and then Ireland in 2015. Asunta has always been very close to education and youth.
